We entered into the real estate business from fiscal 2016.
Specifically, we aim to create new people's flows and encounters and contribute to the development of the region by redevelopment of the head office and factory site (Aobadai, Meguro-ku, Tokyo) owned by our company.

EXPG STUDIO TOKYO

A fully equipped studio was built on the site of factory, and a major production company is managing full-fledged dance, vocal, and DJ school since August 2017.

STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY TOKYO

Starbucks Coffee Company brought its first STARBUCKS RESERVE ROASTERY to Aobadai in February 2019.
Customers are able to watch freshly-roasted beans arrive and be immersed in the new world of coffee.
