1．Sincere business activities and social contribution

• We swear that our corporate activities will be based on fairness, transparency and free competition, and we pledges to take action based on the correct ethics as well as compliance with the law.
• We will comply with laws and regulations. in manufacturing, service advertising, and sales activities. And we strive for fair and appropriate expression.
• We always emphasize the perspective of long-term transactions with all suppliers and customers, and strive to maintain mutual understanding and trust.
• As a good corporate citizen, we build good relationships with the community and participate in contribution activities.

2．Quality and environment

• We strive to provide products that have high quality awareness and environmental awareness, meet customer needs, ensure safety and quality, and are environmentally compatible.
• We strive to maintain and succeed production activities that meet socially accepted quality and environmental standards in all processes.
• We respond promptly and sincerely to customer’s complaints about defective products and services. And we investigate the cause and work to prevent recurrence.

3．Information management

• We strictly manage customer-specific information obtained through corporate activities so as to prevent unauthorized use or information leakage.
• We appropriately manage confidential information in our company, and take appropriate measures to prevent computer viruses and unauthorized access.
• We recognize the importance of the protection of personal information and strive for appropriate management in line with our regulations.

4．Respect for human rights, respect for employees

• We respect and comply with international norms on human rights. And do not engage in discriminatory treatment by race, gender, etc. or any act that impairs the dignity of individuals in all phases of employee recruitment, treatment and other corporate activities.
• We create a working environment where employees can fully demonstrate their abilities so that each employee can work with pleasure. And in addition, we will strive to realize a variety of work styles tailored to the life stage.

5． Anti-social trade prevention

• We have no relationship with gangs or antisocial forces, and we firmly refuse unreasonable demands.

We obtained ISO9001 certification in June 1997, ISO9001: 2008 edition certification in May 2010, ISO9001: 2015 edition certification in June 2018. Based on the spirit of our founder which is “to serve the society with quality" we are utilizing, this system effective by, and are promoting corporate activities every day, so have obtained the trust of our customers.

Our company has obtained ISO14001 certification in September 2000, ISO14001:2004 edition In September 2005, and SO14001: 2015 edition In Jun.2018.
It is our basic principle that we are promoting business activities with deep consideration for natural environment, making the good earth to live and contributing to rich society.
